About Gambler Bass Boats
Gambler Bass Boats is especially proud of their modern state-of-the-art manufacturing facility;The new facility was designed to accommodate all of the innovative manufacturing processes developed by Gambler. The manufacturing process is divided into three separate buildings to maintain strict quality control. Building 1: The laminating process is a distinct operation responsible for delivering high quality fiberglass parts to the assembly building. Building 2: The assembly building is responsible for the assembling the basic standard components, testing all components and bringing the exterior of the boat to Gambler standards. The assembly building is responsible for delivering a flawless boat to the final finishing building. Building 3: The final Finish building installs trolling motors, depth finders, batteries windshields, interiors and is responsible for presenting a tournament-ready product to the quality control inspector. Final Inspection: The Quality control inspector conducts an extensive pre-water and on the water test. a boat can only be signed off as complete if a final flawless water test has been conducted.
